Exporting Data from Oracle Summary Forms

Oracle Tip #32 - Exporting Data from Oracle Summary Forms -  Your Answer for Quick Ad Hoc Reports!

To export results from a Summary form navigate to Tools > Export when your query is completed.

If you export to a text file but would rather export directly to Excel, use Windows – Control Panel – Default Programs and change the default program for .tsv files to Excel.

One Gotcha – this does not work for On-Hand Inventory (ask Oracle!) For On Hand Inventory, right mouse click and select Copy All Rows and then Paste into Excel.
