Oracle Tip #25 - Utilizing Oracle Fold Tools

Would you like to change the layout of an Oracle Summary Form – like PO Summary or Invoice Summary?

Let’s use Oracle Folder tools (click on the Folder Tools Icon).

Oracle Folder Tools

Oracle Folder Tools allow you to:

  • Move fields
  • Add fields
  • Hide fields
  • Shrink and enlarge fields
  • Save the changes as your default view or a view you can use whenever you want.

Oracle Folder Tools enable many MS Excel “like” features for form layouts. You can even save your frequently used or “favorite” queries for future use.
